Senior Manager / Manager / Senior Business Analyst

in Beijing / Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

· Key role to handle valuation and consulting projects

· Supervisor and manage a team of analysts to construct financial models including DCF models,

market comparison models, binomial models, real option models, etc, for valuation purposes

· Manage the company's technical and research resources

· Responsible for/assist the management in business development in mainland China

· Report to the management team of the Hong Kong operation

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering,

Investment or Actuarial Science (higher degree is desirable)

· At least 6 years/4 years/2 years relevant working experience for SM/M/SBA positions.

· Holder of professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, etc. a definite plus

· Competent in financial analyses and HK/international accounting standards for valuation purposes

· Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

· Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office and Chinese Processing

· Able to work under pressure and under tight schedule

· Strong leadership and good team player

· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
