职位描述
Performance expectation description:
? Good team management skill and be able to lead the sales team to achieve sales target in every year, Strong sales cycle ownership. Increase market share and outperform competition in key accounts;
? Good demand creation sense and effort in early customer opportunity engagement. Understand customer’s business, product concept and technology and challenges. Gain access to key stakeholders;
? Have effective communication skills with suppliers, customer management and working level people; both in verbal and written;
? Good handling in account qualification and establish business strategy;
? Sound technical background able to know customer product technical requirements with rough block diagram. Perception of Xilinx and competitive offerings. PLD market dynamic;
? Good collaborative skills to coordinate Xilinx and Disti internal resources to support different sales deal closure;
? Frequent visit customers, discover new opportunity;
? Submit quality and completeness customer project information and competition data.
Candidate qualification and experience:
? Graduated with a Bachelor degree in EE;
? Good English and local languages spoken and written;
? Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales management working experience on ASSP, CPU, FPGA, DSP or embedded sales is preferred;
? Worked for either global or local leading company in one of market segments: Communications, ISM, Digital broadcast, Test and Automotive;
? Has FAE working experience is advantage;
? Attended sales training course is advantage;
? Proactive and good solution selling attributes.
