· Managing the Area of Sales Admin, Customer Services, Logistics and HR

You will be responsible for managing the departments of Sales Admin, Customer Services, Logistics and Human Resources. You will participate in the straegic development and drive the initatives, improve the efficiency of Sales Admin and Logistics, enhance the quality of Customer Services and advance the Human Resources system to make sure happy employee to bring happy customer. Developing operational goals for each type of service which are strethed, yet obtainable, and tied to long-term goals and profitability of the company.

Requirements :

· University graduate in related disciplines. MBA is an advantageous

· 15 years’ of experience working in operations area in 大型中资 / 国企 / large corporation, at least 8 years of which are in managerial grade;

· Strong entrepreneurial drive, strategic vision, intellectual capacity and implementation skills to lead diverse operations

· Strong interpersonal and organizational management skills with a sincere appreciation for people and professional values - someone who leads by example.

· Willingness to be held accountable for results and hold others accountable for their performance

· Experience in both strategic planning and tactical implementation

· Seasoned executive with well-developed strategic planning skills- a demonstrated track record of performance

· Fluent in written and spoken English.
