We a publicly listed company with very strong connection in China covering FMCG trading and distribution industry. To support the growth of the group, they are urgently seeking for a seasoned executive to join their management team.

Industry & Manufacturing Practice

· Opportunity for Senior Executive

· Managing the Area of Branding, Sales and Franchise

You will be responsible for managing the departments of Brand Marketing, Sales Channel, Key Account, and Franchise Management. You will develop and execute Marketing Strategy to achieve corporate objectives, be in charge of brand enhancement, analyze market for opportunities to expand portfolio/geography, develop consumer communication and media strategies, maximize franchising network, etc.

Requirements :

· University graduate in Business Admin / Marketing or related disciplines. MBA is preferred;

· 15 years’ of experience working in Marketing and Sales area in 大型中資 / 國企 / large corporation, at least 8 years of which are in managerial grade;

· Ability to balance between revenue and expenditure across different categories in the portfolio;

· Definitioin and management of Brands;

· Managing communicaton from brief to finish with staffs, wholers, franchiesees and agencies;

· Good understanding of consumer goods market;

· Good understanding and ability to guide team to achieve company objectives;

· Passion for gaining deep insights from consumers

· Seasoned executive with well-developed strategic planning skills- a demonstrated track record of pro？table growth.

· Fluent in written and spoken English.
