We are a publicly listed company with very strong connection in China covering FMCG trading and distribution industry. To support the growth of the group, they are urgently seeking for a seasoned executive to join their management team.

Industry & Manufacturing Practice

·Opportunity for Senior Executive

·Managing the Area of Legal, Accounting, Audit and Capital Investment

·Largest Company in its industry

You will be responsible for managing the departments of Legal, Accounting, Audit and Capital Investment. You will lead, coordinate and control a wide range of business initiatives throughout the group. This will include ensuring financial and business policies, processes, and services are developed and executed to advance the mission and priorities of the group. He/she will be accountable for the compliance, listing audit activities, strategic planning, finanial reporting and business analysis.

Requirements :

·University degree in Business/Accounting or Finance. MBA is an advantageous

·A minimum of fifteen (15) post graduate years of progressively more senior accounting experience. He/she will have an accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, etc.) and have acquired at least 5 years experience in a FMCG environment;

·Strong understanding of government legislation, legal compliance and PRC tax regulations and ;

·Demonstrated knowledge of HK/internation accounting principles is a strong asset;

·A strong attention to detail, coupled with analysis for improvement and strategic thinking;

·Proven ability to prepare models, write complex reports, communicate effectively with management, outside council/auditors, and make, clear persuasive presentations;

·Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and continuous improvement programs.

·Fluent in written and spoken English.
