Minimum 3 years Project Management experience in consumer products manufacturing

Good understanding of product development cycle and various manufacturing processes

Must have experience managing programs interfacing with western companies

Highly-organized and self-motivated

PROACTIVE: knows how to plan ahead; risk mitigation and issue resolution skills are an absolute must

Using MS Project and other software tools to track progress of project and manage resources effectively

Excellent people skills

Fluent in both Mandarin and English
