Job Description
Co-ordination with suppliers
Maintain general administration duties
Assist in building interdepartmental systems for managing suppliers.
Conduct supplier performance review regularly
Lead and monitor team performances and work progress
Data entry and maintenance, document control
Provide clerical support to the team in daily operation
Requirements
At least 5 years merchandising experience
Strong interpersonal & communication skills are essential
Strong at operations, priorities, and data requirements to support ERP system management;
Ability to implement appropriate SAP planning to support internal requirements;
Good team player with strong organizational & co-ordination skills
Good written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently
Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable
Able to stay in China is required
