Job role: To manage the daily running of the QC department ensuring all deliveries are checked and all necessary relevant documentation completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

? Advising direct reports on product quality standards ensuring that correct products are put on hold.

? Ensure products on hold are dealt with and pending decisions are chased in a timely manner.

? Liaise with Head Office when referring on hold product whilst obtaining a timely response where appropriate.

? Produce weekly documentation, including on-hold and productivity reports.

? Guide direct reports to training programme content, reviewing progress of staff training against competencies.

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience Required:

? Previous experience of Product Inspection

? Management experience preferable

? Good communication and organisational skills

? Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others

? Attention to detail

? Ability to work under pressure

Experience in garment QC is preferred.
