Job duty:
1.Responsible for overall import business operations.
2.Market intelligence: market research, industry study and competition analysis.
3.Customer relationship maintenance and development, service review and improvement alignment.
4.Internally align with related Department on fine-tuning the import handling procedure to simplify process and provide a better customer experience which includes clearance SOP, AR and credit account review, regular monthly alignment meeting.
5.Conduct regular internal inbound training workshop and coaching to better equip the field import team in daily operation.

Requirements:
1. University graduate or above, preferably in logistics management;
2. Minimum of 8 years logistics experience (Ocean carrier, Freight forwarding, 3PL,Warehouse operations, or Terminal operations) ;
3. Excellent written and spoken language skills in English;
4. Excellent communication skills, flexible and creative problem solving skills;
5. Strong organization skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks;
6. High standards in personal and professional integrity;
7. Good PC Knowledge.
