Main Responsibilities:
? Work together with account manager, program manager to serve as primary contact point between client and internal production teams/vendors.
? Analyze and validate project scope, deliverables and release requirements based on the source package, provide the quotes, plan budget at profitable cost level and design the execution schedule, develop workflows by working closely with in-house technical team.
? Manage the internal engineering team, external vendors to complete the assigned projects on schedule, from the starting through project completion
? Work proactively to ensure timely delivery of projects as per the client's requests, report project status to customer
? Handle complaints from client; carry out investigation, conclusion, measures for improvement, etc.
? Produce project post-mortems and perform the process optimization for improving the service.
? Maintain good customer relationship and pursuit potential business opportunity.
? Participate in conference calls/meetings in terms of project requirements


Requirements:
? Bachelor degree, major in Computer Science or equivalent
? 3+ years of experience successfully managing software localization projects on schedule and within budget
? Strong technical skills, understanding of Trados and other CAT tools preferred;
? Possesses excellent communication skills and solid knowledge on software engineering and quality assurance practices
? Time management and ability to prioritize and meet/achieve deadlines;
? Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking;
? Can work under high pressure, be about to work OT for urgent cases.
? Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills


Additionally desirable skills:
? Good knowledge about software internationalization
? Familiar with the Agile development process
? The candidate with good technical background is a preference.
? PMP certificate is a plus.
