Working in a multi projects environment for TS R&D SA applications. We are an off-shore team, and need work with on-shore teams in US and Europe as well as other off-shore teams in India to deliver projects.

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for development of java based web applications. The successful candidate will be a top performer and versatile professional participate the design, development and implementation of system infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand the existing technical architecture and infrastructure of the tool in the live environment.
2. Define, design, implement, unit test and debug complex, multi-tier distributed software applications on platform.
3. Mature Debugging & troubleshooting skills in Large-scale software product.
4. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes.
5. Work with other engineers, project management, QA and Operation team to design and implement application features.
6. Develop industry and product technical expertise.
7. Work closely with the other development teams in US, Europe or India, with flexible working time.

Requirements:
1. BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
2. At least 3+ years working experience in Java programming.
3. Solid experience in J2EE framework, Java, Weblogic, Tomcat and open source frameworks.
4. Solid experience in web programming (such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSP, Servlet etc).
5. Hand on experience in efforts estimation and task breakdown
6. Fluent communication skills in Oral English communication and email writing.
7. Familiar with HP UNIX in regular operations (optional).
8. Experience in Portal/Portlets development is a big plus.
9. Working experience in multi-national company is a plus
