ROLE PURPOSE:

In charge of HR whole function.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责:
1.To be responsible for the full spectrum of general human resource function including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.
2.To implement and execute HR policies and practices as per guidelines from corporate headquarters.
3.To provide professional HR advice as per the local policies.
4.To draft and implement HR strategy so as to meet up the business strategy development target;
5.To lead the HR team and build up the competency and provide satisfactory service to all departments and outside customers;
6.To perform adhoc projects as needed and provide HR support on issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
任职资格:
Essential Skills / Attitude
重要的技术／态度
1.Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English or related discipline. MBA a plus;
2.Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable organization & manufacturing field, and experience in semi conduct or electronic industry a plus;
3.Proven track record in managing HR operations in PRC manufacturing environment;
4.Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation & people management skills;
5.Well versed with PRC labor law. Knowledge of HK labor issues a plus;
6.High level of initiative & energy in policy implementation and sound competencies in HR management
7.Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
