responsibilities:
1,Qualify new skill and material for new package development..
2,Process improvement for assy. yield & cycle time.
3,Provide evaluation report and update spec.
4,Download stable and robust skill to production phase.
5,Support production on customer qual and eng lot assembly.
6,Reply the inquire from customer about the SMT
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1,Rich experience in critical process of SMT package, good knowledge on the Fuji mounter, SPP, SPI & AOI system.
2,Knowledge in DOE, 6 sigma and SPC.
3,Good skill of personal and team work.
4,Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
