Job Responsibilities:

1. IT control testing based on CoBIT audit objectives and procedures;

2. Analyzing evidence based on generally accepted audit standards;

3. Reviewing business processes and identifying and testing business controls;

4. Completing clear and replicable audit work papers in specified timelines;

5. Testing regulatory (e.g. SOX) controls;

6. Reporting control failures and communicating same to management;

7. Supporting Head of Internal Audit in regulatory inquiries and responses.

Requirements:

1. CIA or other audit designation and minimum three years of audit experience in a technology environment particularly the CoBIT control framework;

2. In-depth knowledge in internal controls and risk assessment;

3. CISA, CISM, CGEIT AND CISSP designations are desirable;

4. In-depth interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills;

5. In-depth planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

6. Working level leadership and managerial skills;

7. Working level negotiating and influencing skills;

8. In-depth analytical and system thinking skills;

9. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Chinese, both orally and in writing;

10. Familiarity and knowledge of banking regulations relating to IT would be considered an asset.
