职位描述
Position: Order Process (Contract)
Job Description
Daily list of delivery order issue to meet requirements of customer.
Monitor dispatch of the goods from Suzhou factory to customers directly.
Handling customer complaints from QB or CSR to find the root cause.
Coordinate to follow kinds of requirement from CSR, sales and customers.
Track all customer orders weekly especially for ZKM; update the schedule to CSC team and confirm the priority of the IZM58 and IZM9's orders.
Contact with the insurance agent for freight compensation.
Handling other relating orders of sample delivery, customer return & replace etc.
Handling RMA requests twice one year, preparing documents and reports.
Job Qualification
Good English and Chinese in written and verbal.
Good computer skills/ SAP.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
Familiar with the customer order processes
Participated in the training of Logistics
