职位描述
ROLE PURPOSE
To development HG business according to the target in the region which defined by the company. Support local dealers on sales promotion, training/Seminars. Provide directly technical support to the local customers, such as developers, designers.
根据公司设定的区域业绩目标发展公司的销售任务,为当地经销商的促销/培训和研讨会提供支持,给当地客户(例如发展商和设计师)提供技术指导。
ACCOUNTABILITIES
? To set up and achieve the yearly sales target and further grow sales network
建立和完成年度销售目标,进一步发展销售网络
? Responsible for sales management and network development within the region
在负责管辖区域内(浙江、安徽、河南)的销售管理和网络发展
? Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution
与区域内的客户建立和维持良好的双赢关系;
? Provide support to local dealer on sales promotion, training or seminars
给当地经销商的促销和培训提供支持
? Develop and implement business strategy to reach business objective in project areas
策划和实施业务战略,完成零售业务指标;
? New area and dealer development
空白市场和新经销商的开发;
? Close cooperate with headquarter on business develop activities
密切配合总部业务开发的活动
? In charge of the projects in planning, budgeting, organization,bigging
负责项目的计划、预算、组织和投标
? Establish and keep good relationship with part of international hotel management groups, the national-scale real estate developer, the world famous designer firms, the architect, general contractor, etc.
和酒店,房地产开发商,设计师,公司总承包方建立并保持良好关系
? Integrate and analyze of projects information
整合和分析项目信息
? Monthly sales and visit report
每月的销售和走访报告
? Follow company regulations

Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
? College degree 大专
? Basic English skills both oral and written 基础英语的听说读写能力
Skills:
? Sales experience >5 years 5年以上销售经验
? Familiar with project/retail channel, especially in sanitary, Building materials, all electricity is perfered.
? 熟悉工程及零售渠道,有卫浴/建材/大家电行业经验者为佳
? Willingness to travel.愿意出差
? Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧
? Team spirit 具有团队精神
