JOB LOCATION

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
?Supervise team members to maintain office facilities, furnishings, equipment and phone systems at a high standard, which matches our premier branding image
?Set up equality and diversity administration management policies and process, optimize administration systems
?Understand division business drives and needs, then apply that knowledge and development plans which deliver effective real estate portfolio and workplace solutions to support those business needs.
?Provide real estate coordination for company's real estate portfolio and processes, including managing the real estate approval and recommendation process
?Facilitate and lead various projects related to office space planning, office renovation, relocation and consolidation
?Be responsible for yearly budgets and control
?Handle and organize a grand scale employees event and activities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
?Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in administration management
?5-8 years working experience in similar position in MNC
?In-depth knowledge of office procedures and administration and real estate/facility management
?Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
?Good communication skill
LANGUAGE SKILLS
?Good command of both spoken and written English
