职位描述
Report to: General Manager
Department: GM office
Key Responsibilities:
- Make meeting appointment and issue all related meeting minutes
- Assist GM to solve all problems and make all required projects on schedule
- Establish company all written regulation, GSP controlled documents, SOPs per GM's instruction
- Check all expense reports according to company's compliance policy
- Check all time table of multiple projects and update them regularly and inform relevant group or responsible person the gap for future improvement
- Booking meeting events and organize all activities related to flight, hotel, meeting place and summarize the total expense for each meeting event
Job requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, majority in Business, supply chain and logistic major related is better
- Excellent communication skills with excellent oral & written English
- Team work spirit & customer orientation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Be able to work under pressure
