People Development Manager -地点：徐家汇
(全球500强欧洲垄断森林资源行业，base亚太总部，直接向global汇报，多次国外培训和广阔的发展上升空间)

This role is to coach, support and train Business HR’s in all PD areas. You will work in close collaboration with your nominated Business HR’s globally.

Key deliverables:
? Consulting Business HR in implementation of global PD concepts and processes
? Identifying people development needs based on business requirements together with Business HR
? Leading global projects as separately agreed

Group PD team:
？ Owns and leads the creation of CORPORATE people development roadmap/action plan (as part of people strategy)
？ Owner of CORPORATE level PD concepts (definition, development, communication)
？ Create CORPORATE wide solutions and development programs, provide expertise for people development solutions and ways of working
？ Support BG’s in planning, creating and implementing business specific people development activities
？ Supports BHR to implement people development activities and development solution portfolios effectively
？ Responsible for PD capability development in CORPORATE, (bringing new insight and competences into CORPORATE and developing internal competences further )

PD responsibilities
Talent management
- Responsible for talent management (resourcing, talent assessment and development, employee value proposition)
Leadership development
- Responsible for leadership development (leadership development frame, competence definitions and development solution portfolio)
Competence management
- Responsible for competence management (global development project portfolio management and development roadmap). Responsible for development solution portfolios for CORPORATE wide competences (i.e. sales & marketing, change mgmt, project mgmt, others per agreement)
PD consulting
- Responsible for planning country specific implementation (coaching, supporting and training BHR), ensuring global prioritization and planning of global approaches, consulting in business specific development needs and leading development projects if separately agreed.
