Application and Service Engineer 应用服务工程师(上海)

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and Channel Development Support
a) Support sales team to achieve AOP sales target.
b) Develop new or existing channel capability by providing product and application training,
seminars and technical advice.
c) Pre-sales support which mainly include
? Product selection and quotation
? Design institute communication
? Bidding document preparation and technical support
? Trade show support
2. On-site/Off-site after Sales Support
a) Provide commissioning instruction to ensure correct commissioning process
b) Trouble shooting for both products and system to tackle failure problem at customer side
c) Lead service technicians to maintain and repair the pumps onsite
3. Work with technical manager and Opco team to deliver product, service and application training
to sales, distributors and end customers.
4. Assist technical manager to establish and implement service center process
5. Communication with Opco application or technical specialist to gain technical support for both
pre and post sales issues
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
? Sales team AOP target fulfillment
? Responsiveness to technical support call
? Improvement of customer satisfaction regarding to pre and post sales technical support
? Number of training/seminar sessions
REQUIREMENTS
? BS Degree or above of mechanical engineering or fluid technology
? Minimum 5 years fluid equipment service, trouble shooting and commissioning experience.
Understand PD pump technology and application, have proven record to be application
engineer or service engineer
? Excellent communication and presentation skills (including skill with PowerPoint).
? Ability to communicate effectively in English
? Good developer of customer relationships
? Willing to travel frequently
