Service Manager(世界上最大的欧美独资检验公司,带领20多人的团队，薪资优厚）
●       工作地点：上海，市中心
●       世界上最大的欧美独资检验公司
Ø  该公司为各行各业提供全面的服务——从检验和审核，到测试和分析以及认证。
Ø  服务的客户来自于各行各业，如化工，电子，机械，钢铁冶金，建筑，生鲜食品，公共设施，石油天然气，零售，交通与运输等
●       带领一个二十多人的团队（检验员,coordinator 等）
●       Report to Asia VP (Female, PRC)
●       负责检验团队的管理，现有客户的维护+少量潜在客户的开发工作
●       Salary range: around 23K/month



Job responsibilities:

Oversee the Department operation
Provide training to all concerned staff to ensure job property performed
Control overall operation costs
Maintain & Control the quality system with required documentation for the department
Resolve customer's complaints or claims
Monitoring administrative staffing requirements, and perform interview, train new employee, etc
Leading a team around
Any other tasks to be designed by VP of Asia

Requirements:

University graduates with min 7 years working experience in the inspection business is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven good people leadership experience
Good English and local language skills
Can work independently with minimal supervision
