Assistant EHS Manager(知名化工涂料公司,要求有带人经验,能适应出差)
Objectives of the Position
? According to requirements and expectations of Responsible Care ® principles and
practices, support Key Account providing technical services at OEM automotive customer
lines to well control hazards and avoid accidents.
Main Tasks
? Support Key Accounts of OEM automitve manufacturers to constantly improve risk assessment at workplaces and coordinate to take all precautionary measures needed to
avoid accident.
? Provide necessary trainings and briefings to continually upgrade safety awareness of
service persons at customer lines.
? Conduct structured EHS plant inspections/audits to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors as well as rooms for continual improvement and follow up realization of improvement actions.
? Conduct external warehouse safety audit and road safety audits to avoid logistics accident
? Support EHS communication with customers as relevant and work as a supplementary channel between EHS Dept and Key Accounts.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
? Education: Bachelor
? Working Experience: 5 years experience in safety management, chemical industry preferred,
? Technical & Professional Knowledge:
-Well understand risk assessment methodology and experience to conduct risk assessment;
-Basic explosion prevention knowledge acquired;
-Experience to plan training programs and campaigns to upgrade safety awareness;
-Major in Safety Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred;
