税务专员
欧洲化工企业巨头，地点：闵行，有班车提供，需要英语流利，广阔的发展平台

职位描述

Tax:
1. Ensure that VAT tax, stamp tax, withholding taxes, urban land usage tax and other taxes are timely and a
ccurately calculated, filed and paid for all legal entities;
2. Monthly tax report analysis and tax declare, input tax invoice scanning and customs VAT receipt entry;
3. Perform reviews on all tax related accounts and control tax cost according local tax clause;
4. Apply tax exemption for non-trade payment according local tax clause;
5.Perform monthly VAT reconciliation and analyze reason and trend for the reconciling items; find out risk areas
and process improvement opportunities;
6. Yearly income tax declare, closely work with tax authorities for tax audit and inspections;
7. Other tax related activities;

Non-trade:
1. Booking all Group company Non-trade invoices via Non-trade portal. Prepare the corresponding supporting
documents to support the foreign currency payment;
2.Monthly report on nontrade charges by different vendors, cost drivers, payment status, contract, fully
understanding the rationale behind the charges and initiate the areas to cut down the cost;
3. Apply tax exemption for non-trade payment according local tax clause;
4. As non-trade portal owner should manage all technic or booking issue related to non-trade portal;
5. Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures;
6. Involve in annual OP budgets;

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting /Tax;
2. Experience: + 3 years relevant working experience in MNC , at least 1 year in tax field .
3. Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, accounting, and control principles;
4. Excel skill, familiar with SAP
5) Good command of English, both oral and written
