ROLE DETAILS
Role Title:
C&B Executive
Department or Function:
HR&Admin Dept.
Reports to Role(s):
Senior HR&Admin Manager
Location (Region, Country, Site): Downtown
Scope (Global, Regional, Country, or Site):
Current Job Holder: Y
ROLE PURPOSE
Upgrade effective policies & procedures of employee compensation & benefits and to ensure their implementation in the region consistently
Drive operational excellence to deliver high quality services to employees
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities:
1. Supporting HRM to ensure the total remuneration strategy development alignment with the company business objectives.
2. Responsible for annual total remuneration surveys to ensure external competitiveness of our total remuneration package.
3. Develop and maintain compensation program proposals for review and approval
4. Ensure the implementation of annual salary review planning process completed on time against the approved guidelines.
5. Responsible for job evaluation to ensure the job matrix being updated regularly.
6. Responsible for all pay related processes, ensure the accuracy and timely for payroll and employee concerns. Foster a customer oriented environment within the team to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
7. Work with HR manager and HRD for annual manpower planning and budgeting.
8. Provide regular reports and analysis based on the needs.
9. Other assigned (mainly on the HR project) by manager
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
1. Bachelor Degree of education, human resources or other related fields.
2. About 5 year experience of broadbased compensation or related experience. Especially good knowledge and experience in various HR policies and practices, preferably covering payroll operations and benefits analysis operations.
3. Strong data processing and analyzing skill
4. Be financially fluent and be able to take the initiative and make things happen.
5. Be a self-starter, strong communication and presentation skill.
6. Team-oriented, able to work independently, self-driven, discipline and with good initiatives.
7. Fluent in English and Chinese (verbal and writing),experts in Excel and Powerpoint,
