KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share for company
· Marketing Liason resides in company, that communicates and works with GB-P Marketing function in global headquarter
· Functional owner in company for information collection and database maintenance. To keep track of customer and competitor's finance, technology, production / loading, market/ sales strategy/tactics in the industry and solar and semi condor wafer.
· Analyzes the database for development trend on market / industry /customer /products/competitors, to support the strategy and tactics formation to increase sales effectiveness (Volume, Market Share).
· Track and report the Import Statistics database in both mainland China and Taiwan.
· Store, track and support the preparation of legal document with LTA customers.
· SAP/SMART/BIW data retrieve and report on regular basis (Weekly and Monthly)
· Support Sales Director in preparing management report and presentation
· Build business relationships with related industry authorities and associations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
· a local Chinese, with college education, major in Engineering, Science.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in areas of market information collection, business analysis, or sales/marketing; experience of working for international company is strongly preferred; familiar and comfortable dealing with the complexities of a multicultural, multinational working environment and matrix relationship.
· High level of communication skill. Good oral and written command of English is a must. Capable of handling meetings / discussions of complex topics through face-to-face meeting / phone call and/or video conference. Comfortable of leveraging different level of resource, integrating cross-function and higher level of management, to drive closure of strategic programs and issues.
· Extensive skills using MS Windows Office software is a must, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is a plus.
· Capable for some business traveling
