Responsibility:
Replacement Market - Dealer Approach:
? Wholesaler level
? Present the PA and commercial conditions to the PL wholesaler
? Ensure the implication of the wholesaler in animating the network and using its relationships in the world of agriculture in Xinjiang
? Organize monthly reviews of the sales, stocks, strategy, and correct the strategy if needed
? Retailer level
? Develop the commercial presence of Michelin Agricultural and Compact Line products on the territory of the Xinjiang
? Design and put in place the proper distribution model aimed at maximizing Michelin market share and give the proper level of service anticipated by the customers
? Build a distribution using a network of independent dealers and OEM dealerships (CNH, Deere, CLAAS, Valtra, ...)
? Train and animate the network
Replacement Market - User Approach:
? Analyze the farm population in terms of number, size, organization, ownership, Financial means, machine population, usage, tire wear, problems related to tire use, buying
? habits/behavior, interests of the farmers (fuel efficiency? compaction? traction?, Comfort? etc.?), crops, ...
? Put in place Michelin User/farms approach as per usual successful model using LPPL and LPGC China's prior experience
Commercial Programs:
? Assist the Central Team creating and implementing the proper commercial programs aimed at gaining quickly market share while keeping profitability within the levels agreed upon in the annual plan (PA) and maintaining the proper level of dealer profitability.
? Help supply Chain and Forecasting processes
? Participate to the forecasting process for China with the help of China forecasting person in charge and provide the monthly forecast as per LPAG Central team.
