职位描述

Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
? To develop and maintain site overall training system and process to guide, sustain and ensure Technical Division's overall business goal and performance by defining / assessing training requirement, creating and executing training, and evaluating and continuously improving site training and internal communication.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Site Training and Development Management
? Partners to establish a harmonized training system and an end to end training process across the site, including:
? Collaborating with OE, HR, Quality, Operations and SHE to ensure effective and timely identification of training needs;
? Defining an overall site training plan that aligns to local operation goals and schedules;
? Ensuring that high quality training across the site is developed, delivered and maintained;
? Developing, analyzing, and reporting metrics to monitor the effectiveness of training programs and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
? Oversees and enhances the quality and effectiveness of the training system including potential representation during inspections.
? Ensures representation of site Learning Management System requirements.
? Develops site training resources, including:
? Managing and deploys a team of internal trainers;
? Training vender management.
PTC Training Network Engagement
? Serves as key point of contact for the PTC Training Network Lead; extended member of the PT Learning Leadership Team.
? Participates in Training Network activities to ensure the realization of network priorities and the alignment of local training and development projects.
? Represents and advocates the site learning needs as they relate to support needed from PTC Training Network and ensures site visibility to upcoming PT-wide training activities.
Internal Communications Management
? Work with each department within Technical Division to initiate, develop and implement various internal communications strategies in order to implement smooth information exchange and cascade.
? Build up and optimize communication channels and process within Technical Division, and support to organize regular internal communications activities.
? Develop and integrate site level communication plan to enhance employees understanding of Technical Division's priorities and growth.
? Make recommendations and continuously improve the internal communications strategy and process. Work closely with such functions as HR, Operations, Quality, SHE, OE, etc.
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in Training, Psychology and/or Business Administration
? 5+ years experience in Training and Development in large companies
? Fluent English and good knowledge of IT tools

? Must possess basic knowledge of cGMP regulations and applications to site operations.
