Objectives of the Position
? Commercial support to key account management as to provide the reliable business data with analysis as to achieve the businss excellence
Main Tasks
Related Account Market Approach deployment support
RFQ Management in due time with P/L simulation
RFQ implementation monitoring
Commercial relevant assistance, such as presentation etc.
Support Operational Planning related CM1 before budget and forecast reporting
Improve invoice forecast accuracy with account's support
Sales Volume, Net Sales, CM1 report and analysis
Commercial scenario simulation and analysis
Set up productivity management process
Productivity analysis and monitoring
Cost Per Unit billing settlement process handling if applied
Other assigned commercial related tasks
Education, Competencies and Qualification Required
Education: Bachelor or above with oversea background, MBA is a plus. Major in Business Administration or Chemical is preferred.
Working Experience: Internship in MNC at least
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Automotive coating/ Chemical/ Product costing/ business management knowledge is a plus
Core Competencies: Striving for Achievement/ Result Orientation/Customer Focus/Communication and Interpersonal Understanding
Job Related Competencies: Analytical Thinking/Decision Making/Team working/Influencing and Impact
