Job Description / Responsibilities:
? Build up training system: training policy, procedure, tools;
? Analyze and consolidate training needs and source training program and implement annual training plan, figure out budget and optimize training process to align with Business development;
? Develop and Implement career planning system, policies and procedures, which should well balance between the personal aspirations and company views; Setting up corporation culture work;
? Provide solution to foster self-study culture in the organization. Establish and maintain business staff technical training system and ensure all training records and training facilitation process are align with requirements;
? Involved in identifying core talents through building up competency module and develop / search customized courses to fix the gap. Develop career development plan for the staff according to HQ guideline;
? Buildup talent pool and Core position replacement plan
? Training internal trainer and responsible for most of company internal training
? Report training program evaluation result & provide improvement suggestions to line manager;
? Monitor training database & communication, Manage external training vendor incl: contracting, contents, trainers & pricing, etc;
? Other HR tasks assigned by line manager

Job Required:
? Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources or equivalent in education, business administration, etc 2. 6-8 years' relevant working experience of human resource, at least 5 years in training & development function; TTT experience are preferred;
? Comprehensive interpersonal and presentation skills, interested in develop people;
? Strong influencing and problem solving skills
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
? Able to travel 8. Ability to work under pressure
