Tax Specialist, 500强外资企业
RESPONSIBILITY:
a.Prepare and file tax returns and relevant report packages for Nexans entities in China, including CIT, indirect taxes (VAT, BT) and other taxes applicable.
b.Report the tax withholding filing and tax clearance of non-trade overseas payment
c.Communicate with tax bureau and handle daily enquires from tax bureau for Nexans entities in China
d.Prepare internal tax reporting, review tax-related accounting
e.Assist on the self-assessment and tax audit of for Nexans entities in China
f.Assist tax manager on tax structuring, tax consideration in assets / equity transfer and tax simulation support in expansion / divestment / reorganization projects.
g.Other tax work assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
a.Bachelor degree and above in finance, tax, accounting, or other majors with CTA or CPA qualification 3 years working experience and above on tax compliance in multinational manufacturing corporate
b.Working experience in tax shared service team is a strong plus
c.CPA firm experience is a plus
d.Familiar with export-and-import tax reporting
e.Familiar with tax operations on Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone
f.Good communication skill with tax bureau
g.Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin
h.Able to work independently and entrepreneurial attitude
i.Familiar with MS office software, such as PPT, Excel, Word etc
