QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. At least 5 years working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade.
2 .College or above, major in logistics or International Trade is preferred;
3. Be familiar with import and export process; bonded products process is preferred.
4. Be familiar with ERP;
5. English skills;
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Customs declarer certificate
Major Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for products domestics' arrangements including communication with our 3rd logistics partners.
2 Export products arrangement; booking space; making shipping documents and etc.
3 Ensure effective customs HS classification
4 Keeping all relative documents for domestics and export shipments. Collecting and providing the related documents to finance or other teams as required.
5 Manage the 3PL suppliers on finished goods exporting, ensuring all activities such as customs clearance, loading, DG declaration and shipping are performed in accordance with the agreed operation procedures.
6 Take customer service role for our one of BU, ensuring all activities to meet our customers' demand.
7 Do system transaction and communication workloads for Singapore's logistics.

Export Scheduling Optimization
On time delivery
Effective communication of upset conditions
Effective problem solving skills providing solutions to upset condition
