Responsibilities:
1. Quality and Sourcing Strategy Development
Follow company policy and CSG strategy to support sourcing team to make global business growth and maximize the opportunities realization, while in line with China/regional/global purchasing strategy.

2. Product Standard, TM and Quality Inspection Standard
Based on customer requirement and physical sample create the Product Standard, Test Method and Quality Inspection Standard. Specification will be sent to potential suppliers for identification right products and as the technical documents to be inserted into contract attachment.

3.Chinese Supplier/Product Evaluation, Qualification and Maintenance
Conduct supplier/product evaluation program to qualify Chinese suppliers as CSG supplier, including in-process, environment safety audit either.
Follow the supplier quality performance management system with KPI’s to monitor and improve supplier qualification, reporting and review either.
In the supplier/product development phase, monitor the process design with DOE and FMEA, Control Plan tools if need.

4.Supplier quality improvement
For defined suppliers, implement the quality development program, in partnership with the supplier, to lead the improvement project to deliver superior product quality performance with supplier; Help the supplier to improve the quality management capability and consciousness to offer the effective quality knowledge training to supplier either if need.
5.Lab management and  inspection 
Follow company’s safety policy to Implement the lab management, including chemical storage, test equipment maintenance and calibration etc.
To execute the sample/golden sample inspection in the lab and pre shipment inspection at Supplier’s plant based on Quality Inspection Standard.
6,Supply,Service and Customer Delight
Smooth and efficient communication channel with internal customers to provide good service, good response of request, and efficient solutions and tools (eg.8D report) in complaints to satisfy the customer.
7, Database, Document control and Monthly report
Set up the quality database to record all quality information (new supplier evaluations, inspection results, improvement actions, customer complaints etc.)
Monitor and report the monthly report of the supplier performance and quality function KPI
8.Ethics and SSHE
Business Integrity to the company, to the business partners, and to the team.
Full compliance with company SSHE policy.

Requirement
●       Education:                 University graduate, Mechanical, Chemical or other relative field
●       Experience:               3-5 years experience in Quality assurance function.
●       Special Knowledge: Chemical /Mechanical manufacture background is preferred; Familiar with ISO9000 and quality management tools, TS16949 and ISO14000 knowledge will be not must required but preferred; Good English and Mandarin 
●       Business Knowledge:      Business perception, Conceptual thinking, Negotiation, Responsive, Communicative, Creative, Team-working
●       Other requirement:                 Average 50% travel time for this position;
