Roles and Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the implementation of reliability concepts including development of RCA, RCM, PdM technologies and PM development in order to achieve high levels of availability assets.
Expertise or subject matter expert in maintenance or operation of rotating equipment, development of equipment strategies (including lubrications, conditions monitoring, and preventive maintenance).
Gathers and analyze reliability data from Anlon and Qinglon sites, prepare monthly reliability report. Conduct studies and research for innovation and reliability improvement.
Assists/Facilitators the sites in rotating equipment troubleshooting and performing Root Cause Failure Analysis to reactively identify the root causes and put in place changes to prevent its happened again.
Assists the sites in analysis and optimization of spare parts stocking strategies with the objective of optimizing availability etc.
Ensuresite reliability is well considered and redesigned in new projects or modification/MOC.
Experience
? Experience in rotating equipment management or Reliability/Availability engineering
? At least 8+ years experience in Petro-Chemical industry or heavy duty industry as Rotating Equipment Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Rotating Reliability Engineer
? Proven ability to effectively influence management at site level or regional level.
? SAP or other CMMS experience is an advantage
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
? Working knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and preventative maintenance systems
? Fluent in English and Mandarin both speaking and writing.
? PC skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
