Finance Commercial Analyst, Non China

Description

This role mainly supports the Specialty Business Team and coordinate with non-China business from the finance perspective. He/she needs to work very closely with the sales and marketing teams and cross-region team to help develop long-term strategies as well as to drive daily operational results.

The position reports to FP&A Manager - BMAP

Responsibilities

1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.
a) Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader
2. Provide Financial Analysis support to the Specialty Commercial Team to ensure delivery of targets
a) Prepare Monthly China Sales & Marketing Business Analysis to help commercial team understand business performance by segments /projects/customers.
b) Assist China Commercial and HR teams to establish and execute effective SIP Program to drive sales performance
c) Assist the specialty commercial team to set up and maintain effective pricing system, perform ad hoc pricing simulation for special projects.
3. Prepare Monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plans and analyze actual results with those plans
a) Work with Specialty commercial team on preparing Monthly Forecast/ Annual Operating Plan and analyze actual results against such plans
b) Assist in the preparation of long-term Strategy Plan
4. Key coordinator on non-china business
a) Coordinator on non-china business monthly actual/forecast/annual operating plan preparation
b) Non-china special project/product quotation preparation & others
5. BI System Supporting to Specialty Commercial Team & cross-region assistance
a) Set Up BI report per specialty Commercial Management’s requirements
b) Assist Non-China team in BI implementation
6. Ad-hoc requirements on variance region reporting / analysis preparation
Job Requirements
Experience:
1. Over 3 years’ experiences in finance & accounting in a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution environment.
Knowledge and Abilities:
1. Degree in Finance and Accounting or above
2. Practical knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred)
3. Advanced Integration ability: Understands the business interaction including manufacturing cost, sales price trending and market promotion activities
Personal Characteristics:
1. Good communication skills
2. Fluent English
3. Good teamwork player
4. Good interpersonal skills – can work well with both commercial and finance colleagues from both China and non-china team.
