Accounting Manager，Location:浦东外高桥

Report to: China CFO

Basic Function: Brief statement indicating why the role exists and its function
This position is looked to within the business for leadership in anticipating and resolving issues impacting financial results and is single point of accountability for assuring accounting and financial reporting integrity and compliance in China and within other Chinese legal entities (special focus on enhancing and maintaining internal controls environment in compliance with SOX and best practices). In addition this position is responsible for administrative operations in China and in charge of administrative and accounting projects.
Responsible for integrating the accounting function of the organization;
Manages the whole accounting team;
Coordinates day-to-day financial and accounting activities within China but also for the whole Chinese organization;
Produces internal and external financial reporting in accordance with Group policies and local regulations requirements;
Coordinates Internal and external audits for China and the Chinese organization
Establishes the internal procedures and insures the respect of Group policies
Leads the Treasury function

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e., budget approval)
Oversees accurate and timely maintenance of financial books;
Responsible for Legal Entity Statutory Financial Statements in compliance with statutory and tax laws.
Manages monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports (internal and external) as well as tax reporting;
Develops, maintains and insures application of accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Local authorities requirements and Group compliance;
Supervises the accounting team to ensure effective and timely production of reporting needs; financial integrity of the books, effective cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Handles all tax matters for the company;
Proactively communicates any identified issue to the CFO and CEO;
Insures treasury maintenance; solves cash flow issues;
Coordinates and communicates the accounting calendar and insures the respect of assigned deadlines;
Leads the Internal Control function and insures adequacy of internal controls for the whole company;
Takes the responsibility for financial regulatory requirements and relationships including internal and external auditors;
Manage external auditor relationship in China and within the other Chinese Legal Entities by maintaining direct contact with external auditors on accounting and reporting issues. Technical accounting research and conclusions including coordination with external auditors as required. Ensure hard close and year end audit are effectively completed on a timely basis per corporate requirements
Coordinate system implementations within China area to ensure finance and business needs are met.
Seek to enhance internal controls and maintain compliance with SOX requirements for internal controls over financial reporting.
Assists the CFO in adhoc projects


Job Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position
Include: previous functional experience (# of years), technical skills/knowledge, management experience (# of years), key business experiences (i.e., turnarounds, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing
7-10 years of experience in financial operations function
Strong people skills and the ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all levels of management throughout CNH in a confident manner are required.
Results oriented with ability to solve problems on a variety of issues to achieve objectives in a global matrix environment
Honesty, integrity, leadership, initiative and resourcefulness are required characteristics.
Entrepreneur with passion for building high performance teams throughout region of responsibility; strong ability to coach, mentor and develop finance team
Proven experience as Chief Accounting Manager
Deep knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).
CPA certificate is a strong plus
Audit experience is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliability, accuracy and respect of deadlines are essentials
Real team player ready to get involved and eager to be a driver in the company's growth
