ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Responsible for all Order Entry, shipping requirements, logistic issues for Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Korea Japan customer's account and ensure smooth delivery of products as per requested schedules (specific courtiers to be decided)
? Responsible for Customer Service relating to orders entered for China, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia and NZ
? Responsible for Order Entry and Customer Service in other regions as the backup in the OE/CS Asia team
? Uses SAP system to introduce orders correctly and timely following existing SAP guidelines and procedures
? Maintains SAP master data timely and accurately
? Attends SAP trainings and conferences to learn and implement new procedures
? Assists Sales Managers and Supply Chain Coordinator to introduce and follow up customer complaints in CAR
? Responsible for introduction of sample order, monitoring samples and ensuring delivering samples to Asian customers/agent
? Support and assist to Supply Chain Coordinator Asia on logistic in Asia to ensure smooth customer service towards all agents / customers in Asia
? Carries out any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
· University degree
· A logistics, business trading or English background is preferred
2. Specific Skills
· Fluent English and Mandarin in writing, reading and speaking
· Good knowledge on SAP system with operational experience
· Good English command
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to operate in a matrix organization
· Ability to handle several tasks at once
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Self-motivated
· Innovative
· High integrity and loyalty
3. Experience
· 2-3 years working experience as customer service representative in multinational company
· Good knowledge with operational experience with SAP or EPR system is preferred
4. Qualities of Character
· Team player-motivator
· Ability to operate in a matrix organization
· Ability to handle several tasks at once
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Self-motivated
· Innovative
· High integrity and loyalty
