MAIN TASKS主要工作职责
? Define and share the objectives of the projects with all the members of the teams and formalize the projects (schedule, stages, targets…).
让团队中的每个成员都明确项目目标，使项目正规化。
? Manage and animate the R&D teams.
管理研发设计团队并调动他们的积极性。
? Co-ordinate the relation and communication between SSEAC, clients (SBU...) and suppliers.
协调好SSEAC，客户和供应商之间的关系。
? Define and implement procedures.
指定并执行相关流程。
? Report to the R&D Manager for validation of the options proposed by the team.
向研发设计经理汇报团队提出的各种方案以获得认可。
? Enrich the Capitalisation databases with Development experience in accordance with the Group procedure.
完善资产数据库，根据集团的发展随时调整。
? Ensure a continuous improvement of Quality, Cost and Launching deadline.
确保产品质量，成本，开发周期有不断的提高。
? Ensure R&D quality management system continuous improve.
确保研发设计质量管理体系不断改进。

MINIMA PROFILE职位需求
? Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical related.
机械类专业本科及以上学历。
? Expert in design and development of small electric appliances for over 5 years.
具有5年以上小家电产品开发或设计的相关工作经验。
? Expert of MS Office (Excel), UNIGRAPHICS’ NX.
熟练操作办公自动化(Excel)和UG软件。
? Experience in plastic material (including thermosets and elastomeres), their processing and designs.
有塑料材料（包括热固塑料和橡胶）及其加工和设计的相关经验。
? Knowledge in statistics and Quality tools.
具备统计和质量知识。
? Written and Spoken English.
良好的英语的书写、会话能力。
? Good communication skills and team management skill.
善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作和管理能力精神。
? Good personality.
优良的品德。
