Sourcing采购经理–德国小家电公司
l 负责的commodity：电器、金属、马达、冲压件、压铸件
l 要求英语流利
l 莘庄工业园区上班，有班车接送
Main Responsibility:
？ Responsible for components purchasing, include electronics,metal, stamping parts, die-casting parts, motor etc.
？ Source suitable and high quality suppliers for various projects.
？ Manage supplier relationships to achieve continuous improvements.
？ Manage suppliers' quality, deliveries & prices to optimize value.
？ Effectively communicate project requests and expectations with related departments and suppliers in a timely and clear fashion.
Qualification:
？ Bachelor Degree or above, engineering or related background preferred
？ Above 5 years of sourcing and purchasing experience and at least 3 years in management position, components purchasing experience is required.
？ Professional experience in supplier management (Logistics, Quality…)
？ Expert in costing and negotiation
？ Knowledge of small appliances products, market and suppliers
？ Experience in Asian culture and people
？ Comfortable in complex human networks, capable of efficient influence over non hierarchical fellow
？ Good level of communication, negotiation and management (strong leadership)
？ Fluent in English and in Mandarin
