Marketing Manager

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
Responsible for the development and management of the Divisional Marketing department budget.
Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share for
Manages marketing/trade show budgets for
Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage for “brands.”
Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities/products required to continue our sales volume and market share growth history .
Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current (Company’s and competitors’) and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Support Company’s distributors and dealers with all marketing related issues / needs
Build business relationships with all distributors
Develops and executes authority management programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
Four year university bachelor´s degree in marketing required, MBA preferred, with at least 7 years of direct marketing management. Experience in business to business and/or business to government marketing strategy and execution is required. Previous experience in the construction, coatings or adhesives product industries is preferred.
· Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
· Quick learner and problem solver.
· Ability to self motivate and motivate others.
