National Sales Manager, China – Food Ingredients/Food Additives (base in Guangzhou)
Responsibility:
Responsibility:
? Lead the sales team in China to achieve sales target for the business of Food Ingredients/Food Additives
? Set up and achieve the business target for food ingredient business in China with alignment of regional & country strategy
? Develop and motivate the sales staff in pursuing for customer and business development
? Build up comprehensive Customer/Account information for analysis & planning
? Achieve and develop business for Suppliers
? Develop new supplier or sources that could fit into our target segment
? Identify potential acquisition partner
? Involve directly on relationship building/maintaining with key accounts and suppliers
? Drive the business development and identify target market segment
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Food Science/Technology or related disciplines
? 8 years or above working experience in the sales of food ingredients or food raw materials
? Minimum 2 years managerial experience & leading a sales team
? Good knowledge on Food Ingredients on different food segment, experience in R&D preferred
? Good personality; able to work independently & with a team
? Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
? Prepare to travel oversea and business trip regularly
