Minimum 8year’s experience in retail management of high-end fashion

1)Shop Operation
1. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

2. Liaise with department stores/shopping malls independently for routine operations matters

3.Review financial statements,sales and results reports,and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement,and determine and suggest arcas needing cost control and revenue maximization

4.Ensure the housekeeping of shop merchandise is properly maintained

2)Staff Management

1.Delennine staffing requirement ,and actively involve in the recruitment,selection,motivation,and retention of staff

2.Manage staff,prepare work schedule and assign duties for various job positions

3.Motivate and boost staff morale to achieve sales targets

4.Provide training to staff to ensure satisfactory and standardized customer servlce

3)Other
1.Solicit market information,and formulate sales strategy for management

2. Plan and direct activities for sales promotions and logistics which require intensive coordination with respective departments

3.Responsible for shop Pre-opening preparation including slte inspection,planning and co-ordination with all relevant parties
