职位描述：
1、全面主持本项目(AV/安防/BA楼宇智控)部份的技术管理工作。
2、负责组织、指导、协调(AV/安防/BA楼宇智控)项目的二次设计工作，确保设计工作满足施工现场的需要。
3、贯彻规范、标准、规程的实施；认真审核图纸、审批技术交底、制定施工方案、落实各项技术措施，负责处理现场技术问题。
4、对本项目的质量工作进行规划管理，并负责督促执行，保证质量目标的实现。
5、参加图纸会审，碰到比较大的技术问题，负责与甲方和设计单位、施工单位联系，妥善解决。
6、负责施工过程中与业主、设计、监理、总承包商及各专业分包的协调配合工作，负责项目施工进度，并负责对(AV/安防/BA楼宇智控)项目各施工队伍的协调组织与管理。
7、协助组织工程验收及竣工验收工作。
8、负责项目施工过程中的安全管理工作。

职位要求：
1、三年以上的智能化建筑/弱电行业经验；
2、熟练使用AUTOCAD、VISIO、WORD、EXCEL、PowerPoint等软件；
3、熟练掌握五个以上的智能化弱电子系统（综合布线、安防监控、门禁一卡通、有线电视、会议广播、楼宇自控、停车场、无线对讲、数据中心机房系统、智能化系统集成等）；
4、熟悉计算机、网络、数字安防、视频监控等弱电系统，具有工程施工、安装调试和弱电系统维护经验；
5、熟悉当今主流 (如网络摄像机、数字矩阵、光纤传输、无线传输、网络传输、IPSAN网络存储) 闭路监控技术，熟悉总线制、分线制的应用；
6、有一级建造师、电气工程师及弱电智能化等资格证者优先。
