职位描述

Responsibilities:

Administrative Functions

1. Design and implement office procedures and systems
2. Constantly review and update office systems to cope with demands and needs
3. Maintain an efficient, effective and safe office environment for employees
4. Responsible for office equipment and supplies purchasing and maintenance

Human Resources Functions

1. Recruitment
a. Ensure resources are properly allocated in every department and adequate control on staff headcount
b. Prepare worksheets and provide input into medium and long term staffing plans for Management Director within staff level guidelines.
c. Monitor the recruitment of all new staff, and respond to requests for supporting information, offer letter and preparation of contracts.
d. Set out proper employee guidelines and provide orientation for new employees
e. Provide advice on pay scales and positioning of staff on the scale with consistency for all positions.
f. Monitoring overseas employees work permits, working visas, residence permits to ensure the legal compliance

2. HR Document Management and Administration
a. Coordinate record management and record keeping of all staff recruitment, hiring, registration, review, leaves, promotions and disciplinary actions within the HR department.
b. Coordinate job descriptions as necessary for all staff; work with department head to develop job descriptions.
c. Maintain all Staff Handbooks and propose amendments where necessary.

3. Compensation and Benefits
a. Participate in compensation and benefits market survey, analyze and interpret the market data, findings, make proposals to the management;
b. Keep track of the changes on government regulations regarding employee pay and benefits and market trend; conduct ad hoc market survey for specific positions / functions or geographic areas;
c. Management of staff payroll and benefits:
d. Salary, statutory benefits and Individual Income Tax for Chinese staff
e. Salary, benefits, international health insurance policies and Individual Income Tax for expatriate staff

4. Performance Management:
a. Provide metric to monitor staff productivity and labor cost
b. Prepare and coordinate with management director and department head for annual performance reviews, annual salary review and year end bonus.
c. Review the bonus schemes and incentive schemes based on annual basis; design, customize new rewards programs to support newly emerged business needs;
