职位描述

The main roles of this position are:
- to investigate and explore improvement opportunities in the warehousing function across all operations
- execute plans for optimisation in order to drive for efficiencies and transparencies.
- standardize warehousing SOPs, MHE, H&S across all operations

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals, teams and management as well as autonomously. Organizational sensitivity, engage without conflict.
Good leadership skills with desire to drive for change and strive for continue improvement.
Change management experience, proven success in work with people in a change program.
Be energetic and passionate about driving for results. Have proven track record for achieving results.
Understand internal and external drivers in the development for Chinese FMCG industry.
Be flexible and adaptable with ability for frequent travelling.
Be willing to work in Guangzhou.
Structured work approach and ability to work independently.
