Responsible for civil works management and civil works technical requirements setting. Gradually establish professional civil works management team of China.
8+ years of constructional engineering related experience, 5+ years of experience of large-scale buildings or structures project management and site management, experience of Buildings and Civil works contractor management.
Good professional skill, good at project management, team player and good leadership.
Mature personality, goal oriented, carefulness, and good communication skill, analytical and clear thinking
Management experience of civil works with process, equipment and piping is preferred; site management experience of projects with civil works design, budget cost and project supervision is preferred.
Computer literate, familiar with MS-Office, familiar with CAD software. familiar with PROJECT software
