Key areas of accountability:
?Sourcing and develop new supplying resource within the responsible commodities , ensure the supplier selection is within guidelines set by PSS Purchasing strategy and destined manufacturing site(s).
?Negotiate supplier's contract, contentiously make cost reduction and source model optimization.
?Implement supplier selection and supplier qualification.
?Contribute in PCP of the assigned projects; ensure achievements of purchasing targets at various project milestones.
?Manage changes in the PCP and project ramp-up, ensure material supply for TR.
?Suppliers overall performance management and performance improvement.
?Build up the material strategy within the responsible commodities.
?Support Logistics team on programs ramp-up and ramp-down.
?Other tasks assigned from supervisor.

Qualification:
?Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, with enough knowledge about acoustic/plastic/electronic/metal/wood components
?Working Experience: 5 years above in components purchasing/sourcing position.
?Expertise/Skills: Acoustic/plastic/electronic/metal/wood components sourcing experience, good cost and supplier management skills,
?Language skills: Very good in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
?Personal Attributes: Can work under pressure, result-oriented, team player, can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment, team player, Good communication skills.
