职位描述
Job Summary:
? Provide HSSE management systems support.
? Coordinate and formulate HSSE improvement plans in respond to company, industry, regulatory, and customers requirements.
? Identify, propose and implement environmental friendly improvement projects.
? Administrate employee observation/suggestion schemes to promote open communication.
? Administrate Behavior-Based Safety Process for continual safety improvement.
? Coordinate and drive Sports & Recreation activities.
? Performs other assignments or duties as required.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
? Maintain and update HSSE Manuals in compliance with ISO 14001 (environmental), OHSAS
18001 (health & safety), and other applicable standards.
? Promote, facilitate, and manage HSSE performance initiatives, including employee suggestion
scheme, Behavior-Based Safety Process and Workplace Health Programs.
? Develop, coordinate, and conduct HSSE training classes and education program, as needed.
Maintain training records database.
? Schedule and coordinate HSSE related external training.
? Involve in developing, modifying and executing HSSE policies and objectives.
? Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing and proposed changes to HSSE related regulations.
? Carry out assignments resulting from changes in HSSE management systems and/or regulatory requirements.
? Be the technical expert on HSSE issues by providing input to the management.
? Involve in interpreting customer HSSE requirements (RFQ/ITT/Contract/PO) and assist in
translating the requirements into in-house specifications and procedures.
? Coordinate HSSE failure investigation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
? Schedule and ensure timely completion of HSSE audits and inspections.
? Support and/or conduct internal / external HSE audits
? Provide HSSE supports to suppliers/contractors
? Coordinate management review meeting of the HSSE management system.
? Maintain and update HSSE data and documentation both on-line and off-line hardcopies.
? Identify, procure and issue required personal protective equipment (PPE) and first aid supplies.
? Effective HSSE management systems meeting company, industry, regulatory, and customers
requirements.
? Effective HSSE improvement activities in meeting company-wide business plan and strategies.
Qualification Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
? Knowledge and experience in Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) preferred.
? Some experience in manufacturing environment.
? Pro-active leadership with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for excellence.
? Effective communicator with the ability to interact at all levels to embrace changes and new ideas.
? Good analytical and problem solving skills.
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
? Good presentation skills and versatile in using multi-media.
? Computer literate and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, etc.
