Key Responsiblities:

1.Directly manage key accounts in HOECA channel, including 4 & 5 star hotels,high-end restuarants,cafe, etc.

2.Lead, manage and be responsible for performance of the sales team in the HORECA channel.

3.Achieve or exceed agreed targets for sales, distribution, cost of sales, A/R control.

4.Aggressively pursue new business, by penetrating existing accounts, opening new accounts and implementing successful promotion and marketing activities.

5.Embrace, advocate and fully implement a systematic approach to sales management includes customer management, sales call planning, reporting and information management and objective setting and measurement.

6.Report and submit all required reports in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.

Key Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus;

2.Good command of English in both oral and written;

3.8+ years experiences in hospitality or sales in 5 star hotel or Food & Beverage or Wine & Spirits industry is a must;

4.At least 3+ years managerial experiences;

5.Good communication and interpersonal skills;

6.Good presentation and management skills;

7.Good wine knowledge is a plus;

8.WSET or other wine related certificate holder is a plus.
