职位描述

OPERATIONS操作:

1.Build New Customer Base

Identify Target Customers

Pro-actively and aggressively open good quality trade accounts within the defined 葡道Pudao Wines sector

Cold call target customers to generate sales leads

Pitch potential customers on the prestige of wine and wine lifestyle

Pitch 葡道Pudao Wines ’s products and service and how these differentiate 葡道Pudao Wines effectively according to Brand Standards

Network to develop new leads

2. Corporate Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers

Respond to client request in a timely manner

Effectively manage client expectations

Solve customer issues and problems effectively and creatively

Identify potential client issues and address them in advance

3. Marketing Events

Organise events aimed at cementing existing relationships and generating new leads

Network to identify potential customers

Participate in wine events, marketing and training activities

4.葡道Pudao Wines Shop

Work from the 葡道Pudao Wines retail shop at least one day a week according to the rosta provided to you by the management.

Maintain of the highest quality standards of customer service

5.Perform other related activities as assigned.


CRM, PR & MARKETING客户关系管理,公关和市场:

1.Manage Cellar Door Database of Customers and prospects; this includes using data collected from Economic reports to create profiles or groups of customers.

2.To assist in promoting special activities and events both in the store and outside

协助开展门店内外的促销和特别活动。

3.To communicate effectively according to our Brand Standards

4. Participate in wine events , marketing and training activities
