Develop new automatic equipment to reduce equipment cost. the details responsibility are list at below:
1) establish potential project of new automatic equipment and evaluate the feasibility base on production requirement and cost permission;

2) make out the schedule for new automation project and drives the projects according to the required forecast;

3) machine design ;

4) make out the mechanical&electrical drawing ;

5) mechanical parts fabrication;

6) machine assembly;

7) control system debug;

8) machines installation and trial run;

9) engineers and technicians training;

10) monitor the project progress

Work with Laird Global engineering team the automation technology and equipment transfer from other locations;
Support LT production team and make sure that the transferred technology and equipment is properly applied for mass production;
Support LT new automatic line set up, training and trouble shooting to make sure related automation equipments are working smoothly;
Other CIP programs support;
Play good communication and team spirit to achieve individual goal align with department goal's achievement;
Manage and train to the Automation staff, and evaluate their performance;

Required Skills:

has full of experience on automation technology management ;
has strong working background in automation technology field;
has enough ability to do the training to the engineers and technicians;
can do technological support to the equipment design and fabrication;
ability to improve the equipment function
can manage the daily work of automation team ;
ability to control the automation project cost;
Be skillful of using of computer software, proficiency CAD package, PLC s software, vision system, laser system, etc
adequate written and oral communication skills, in both English and Mandarin Chinese
